This half-day workshop will help individuals transition into their new roles.

I have designed this workshop to help people get started in their new roles, quickly, effectively and with confidence.

This can be used as an initial step in a training programme, as a precursor to more formal leadership and management training or as a stand-alone introduction.

I have purposely opened this group to anyone involved in management at whatever level as the group discussions can help individuals whether Supervisors, Managers, or Directors understand how their behaviours can affect others.

As a Manager with over 40 years of experience, and latterly 10 years in HR, I understand the issues which can arise in the workplace.  I introduce techniques learned from undertaking ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management and a BA in Business & Enterprise.
