EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

If you are keen to progress in your career but need to improve your skills then our Executive Development programme has been designed with you in mind.

We will cover all the important aspects of improving your employability skills including time management, effective communication, public speaking, project management and how to improve your brand to get you noticed ready for the next promotion,.

This is a 12 week development programme with one hour online each week and  30-60 minutes homework each week to reinforce your learning.

There is a small group option or a 1-1 if preferred.
BUSINESS LEADERS PROGRAMME

This Business Leaders programme has been designed as a safe place for business leaders to share their thoughts, plans, aspirations or concerns and gain valuable objective feedback.


With a choice of 6 or 12 sessions, scheduled for weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals to suit your availability and needs, we can work together to help you clarify your vision, plan your strategy, grow your skills as a leader and ensure effective communication with your team and stakeholders.


The time is YOURS and we will cover whatever aspect of your business or personal development that you need to.  As a Coach, my job is just to ask the right questions to help you getwhere you want your business to go.



DISC profiles
 
There are numerous profiling tools available which can be beneficial for many reasons.

As a certified DISC practitioner, I use the profiling for:

Talent acquisition
Talent development
Team bonding
Team communication
Team dynamics
Succession planning
Leaderships style
Conflict resolution
to name but a few ways they can benefit organisations.

Profiles can be completed for individuals and teams so you can see how the potential dynamics might influence the workplace and then manage accordingly.

Profiles are available from £95 per report, with additional debriefing sessions for the individual or team. 
Team Development

Are your team struggling to gel?

Not sure if you are  getting the very best from your team members?

Team coaching or development sessions can help to bring the team together, get everyone pulling in the same direction and increase the individuals contribution to the team.

Depending upon your needs, the sessions may be a combination of the team having sessions together or a programme of individual sessions for each of the team members with clear goals and objectives.

Key areas covered tend to be ensuring tasks are prioritised correctly, meeting deadlines, overcoming team members 'cherry-picking' tasks and identifying learning and communication styles to improve communication. 

Using DISC profiles can fast track progress within teams as they understand their own communication styles and that of their colleagues.
NED/Board support

 I have worked at board level with various companies, in particular, SME's and family businesses.

At board level I provide support to the Directors, using my experience and coaching techniques to provide an objective view and an unbiased suggestion of options, allowing the Board to explore ideas safely.

With my background in people management and HR, I can help you get the very best out of your biggest and best resource, your people.

This can be through coaching your leaders to manage their teams effectively or by ensuring that your people are at the centre of your business planning so you all achieve the success you desire.

I am open to NED roles, or if you would prefer a less formal option of having an Executive Coach support you and facilitate board meetings.
This can be particularly helpful with family businesses who can benefit from an impartial but supportive external voice.
